Yes — we carry full general liability insurance for residential and commercial work. Certificate of insurance is available on request before the appointment. Every installer is also background-checked.

Often yes — and even if a different team member comes, they have your full job notes and the original mount specs in our system. The warranty is with the company, not a freelancer who may have moved on.
