Our 2-year warranty covers the security of the installation — if your TV ever shifts, loosens, or falls due to our work, we will come back and fix it at no charge. The warranty applies as long as the mount and hardware have not been adjusted or tampered with after installation. If you move, reposition, or modify the mount yourself, the warranty no longer applies. Normal use of your TV remote, tilt adjustments on a full-motion mount, and everyday vibration are all fine and covered.
